Radiant Unity (レディアント・ユニティ, Redianto Yuniti) is a mechanic in Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, facilitated by Tiki in the Bloom Palace.

Radiant Unity uses Performa largely gained from defeating sub-bosses and bosses in battle, as well as Performa generated from Mirage Masters themselves as a result of them sharpening their resolves, deepening their bonds, or progressing their Stage Rankings by participating in combat to craft Radiant Skills, special passive skills that do not consume slots.

Certain Radiant Skills require Performa found within treasure boxes within the various Idolaspheres. Aside from specific instances of the otherwise, many of the Radiant Skills also require Star Prestiges, a type of Performa that also used within Carnage Unity, which can be either obtained after battles, or through Session Attacks, in order to be created.

Once the materials are gathered, Tiki will use them to create Radiant Skills, special skills that are tied to a playable character without taking up active slots that have varying purposes, including stat extensions, field skills, or extending Session Attacks by utilizing inactive party members. Certain Radiant Skills are needed for completing story events and Side Stories, the latter of which will unlock either Ad-lib Performances, Special Performances, or even Dual Arts.

Crafting all of a given playable character's Radiant Skills unlocks their respective "Radiant Star" Play Record. However, in Encore, it is only possible to get Itsuki's Radiant Star Play Record on New Game+ files due to one bonus to NG+ being the ability to swap Itsuki out of the active party, which in turn, gives Itsuki his own "Open Audition" Radiant Skill.
