Magictaker is a Skill found in Fire Emblem: Fates. It reappears in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes under the name Absorb Magic.
Overview
In Fates, Magictaker grants the user +2 Magic upon defeating a foe, up to a maximum of +10. This bonus lasts until the end of the skirmish. The item of the same name that grants the skill is awarded for completing the Xenologue II: Realms Collide with no casualties.
In Three Hopes, Absorb Magic grants a bonus when defeating an enemy general. Like its previous incarnation, Absorb Magic's bonus lasts until the end of the skirmish. This skill can only be learned by Hubert and Arval obtaining full mastery with the Dark Bishop class.
